Position Overview/ Duties

• Serve as the primary coordinator for the Labor Cost Assignment (LCA) module within DMHRSi.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and/or timekeeper / approver access levels.
• Research, troubleshoot, and/or resolve complex timecard flow issues, system rejections, and mismatches.
• Monitor system compliance and reviews timecard status reports to identify errors and missing timecards.
• Validate reported man-hours accurately align with workload statistics, correcting discrepancies and maintaining a detailed log for audit.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure accurate labor reporting.
• Utilizes Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and system databases to compile, analyze, and distribute MEPRS data.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) preparing spreadsheets and generating reports to analyze data; and (2) utilizing various automated databases to gather and extract data; (3) verifying timecards using timecard systems such as ATAAPS and/or DMHRSi. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
